  1. Go to Administration and select ‘Packages’

  2. Install the package for ‘Bidding Questions’

  3. You will now have a button for authenticated users (ConneX users) to ‘Ask A question’ from the bidding dashboard.

  4. In the Contract Details, specify the user(s) who should be able to receive emails when new questions are asked

  5. When questions are received via email, the question, name of the person asking the question, and email address of the person asking the question will be shown. You can either respond to that user individually, or post a message with the question and answer for a broader group to see.
