Once your While the contract is in bidding (or the Ad for Bid ‘Release Release to Public’ date Public Date has been met), any changes to the item list must go through an addendaaddendum. To add an addenda:

  1. While under the ‘Bidding’ menu

  2. Add an addenda. After adding the date and number, click on ‘Edit’ to also add supporting information like attachments.

  3. If adding, editing, or removing an item, Contracts details page select ‘Bidding’ and then the ‘Addenda’ tab.

  4. To add an addendum click ‘Add’ and enter the date then click ‘Save'.

  5. Next click ‘Edit’ to add any supporting information like attachemtns.

  6. Otherwise, to add, edit, or remove an item click on ‘Details’.You can now Add a new item, edit an existing item, or delete an item

    1. New items can be added, edited, or deleted in a similar fashion to adding, editing, or removing items from the initial project item list

  7. Any items that are added, edited, or removed will be noted in the affected items section, with a note as to how the item was impacted.

  8. Lock the addenda addendum so no future changes can be added under the selected addenda made by clicking on ‘Edit’ next to the addendaaddendum; then enter the date under ‘Locked’.

    1. This will prompt an email to be sent to all current

    planholders
    1. plan holders and will also initiate the contract to be automatically re-

    sync’d
    1. synced with BidVault.

    Email notifications will be sent out to all existing planholders for the contract. You can track the planholders
    1. Plan holders who have received and viewed the

    addenda from the ‘Addenda’ section, for each addenda
    1. addendum are tracked under the Addendum's details page.
