OneGov now allows you to group users under a single company. This is helpful when you would like multiple users to be able to manage the same application or, for Public Works in particular, add individual moves to the same Annual application.

Step-by-step guide

Add the steps involved:

  1. In the "Public Users" tab in administration, click on 'Companies' link.
  2. Clicking on that link will bring you to the "Companies Administration" tab. Here you can click "Add" to create a new company.
  3. Clicking "Add" will bring you to the "Company" Management" page. Here you can specify the name of the company and which users belong to this company.
