Copy of Rekey a Bid

If a project owner bid key cannot be located, their bid key will need to be recreated.  This also requires bidders to upload their private keys to complete the decryption process.

To do so:

1. Log into ConneX
2. Go to the icon 'Out for Bid'.
3. Find the project under the filter 'Bidding on' and click on Details – the application will automatically find the encryption key saved to your browser.  If it does not, you will need to select the key file and upload to complete the rekey process.  Once all contractors have completed these steps, the project owner can then proceed with bid opening using their new public key.
