Consultant Access

Consultants can access OneOffice projects once assigned to a contract/project by a OneOffice Project Owner. Consultants should create a ConneX account to manage their account for access and the project owner will then tie the consultant ConneX account to the applicable contract(s).

 

Consultants can access the contract by:

  1. Go directly to the project owner site and clicking on ‘Log in with ConneX’. OneOffice will then identify the contracts in which the consultant firm can access on the project owner’s OneOffice site.

OR

  1. From the ConneX site, log in and click on the 9 dots at the top left corner and select the ‘Assigned Contracts’. Here consultants see the assigned contracts, the roles for each contract and can click on details to be brought to the project owner OneOffice site to access the contract.
