Email notifications
Hosted
If your application(s) are hosted by RTVision, your email notifications should be configured to use the noreply@rtvision.com from address to ensure delivery. This is our default out of the box configuration for hosted applications.
If you opt to use your own from address you will need to configure SPF & DKIM to ensure delivery.

On-site
If your application(s) are hosted on-site, you may have deliver-ability issues using the default noreply@rtvision.com from address. You should use a from address at your domain instead.
In addition, if you are not using a relay, your eGram appliance is sending emails directly. If this is the case, you should add a SPF record with the external IP address of eGram appliance or you may have issues sending notifications to mail providers such as hotmail/live/outlook, gmail, yahoo, aol, etc.
