How to delete multiple applications at once
These instructions are for deleting applications from the system. Be very careful when following these instructions. Any applications that are deleted are deleted permanently and are unable to be restored unless there is a backup.
Click "Administration" under the "User" Tab
Click "App Groups"
Click "Manage Applications" just below the "Add" button
Step 1: "Choose Filter"
Select an option to filter the applications
App. Group: Allows you to choose specific App. Groups to manage/delete all applications in that App. Group
App. Type: Allows you to choose specific App. Types to manage/delete all applications in that App. Type
Dialog: Allows you to choose specific Dialogs to manage/delete all Dialogs in that Dialog type
Public User: Allows you to choose specific public users to manage/delete their applications
Employee: Allows you to choose specific Employee to manage/delete their applications
Step 2: "Configure"
This step allows you to make selections based on the previous step
App. Group: Provides a list of App. Groups to display the applications for
App. Type: Provides a list of App. Types to display the applications for
Dialog: Provides a list of Dialogs to display the Dialogs for
Public User: Provides a list of Public Users to display the applications for
Employee: Provides a list of Employees to display the applications for
Step 3: "List"
This step will display all of the applications or dialogs that match the filter selected in the previous two steps
At the bottom of the page is an option to delete selected and delete all
Be very careful when deleting application as they cannot be restored unless you made a backup
"Delete Selected" will delete all of the applications that are selected in the list and will prompt to confirm the deletion
"Delete All" will delete all of the applications in the list whether or not they are marked and will prompt to confirm the deletion
