New User Sign Up

By creating a user account, you will have access to all of your permits/applications, receive status notifications, have the ability to copy/renew your applications (when applicable), etc.

1. Click the 9 dot menu in the upper left corner

2. Select “Sign Up”

3. Follow the steps to creating your user account

   1. Some agencies have different setup steps in place for profile information, but generally, the setup process is the same on all sites.

4. Once you have completed your form, you will receive an account activiation email. If you do NOT receive this email, please first check your junk/spam folder. If you have not received the activation email within 10-15 minutes, we recommend you contact the agency who’s site you’re signing up under and they can assist.
