Disable Resume - When an applicant begins an application but does not finish the application, when adding another permit of the same type, the applicant will first see the option to resume any incomplete applications.  The 'resume application' feature can be disabled, or disabled for only employees.  Disabling for employee accounts may help employees who frequently fill out applications on behalf of the applicant.

Index Layout -   Determine the layout of the main menu.  Either show application groups as a list (1 column) or a layout (2 columns).  The order of permits can be sorted in the section called App Groups
