App Status Change Rules Triggered by Date Fields

  1. Add or select the associated expiration date fields in the application

  2. Add the ‘Invalidation Date' field in the management section

  3. Add the ‘Invalid Registration’ app status to any applicable app groups under their app status setup

  4. Add a rule in app status setup triggered by the ‘Date from App Type Fields’ > and select the date fields from the application. Set date +_days to 1 for these if expiration is day after the listed date.

  5. Add a rule in app status setup triggered by the ‘Date from App Type Fields’ > and select the ‘Invalidation Date’. Set date +_days to blank for the application to be invalid on the listed date.
