View your ticket(s)

Step-by-step guide to viewing your ticket(s)

With a Service Desk Account

  1. Visit the service desk portal
  2. Click on the Login button at the upper right of your screen
  3. Select Created by me to see all of the tickets you have created, or that have been added to the application on your behalf

Without a Service Desk Account, all communication will happen via email

  1. Click the link to the "View request" from your email to see that specific ticket in Service Desk


While you can create a ticket and follow along with the progress without an account, you will not be able to see all tickets in a single location or download/view any attachments added to the ticket by RtVision. We recommend you create an account to gain full functionality of the ticketing service.
