View your ticket(s)
Step-by-step guide to viewing your ticket(s)
With a Service Desk Account
- Visit the service desk portal
- Click on the Login button at the upper right of your screen
- Select Created by me to see all of the tickets you have created, or that have been added to the application on your behalf
Without a Service Desk Account, all communication will happen via email
- Click the link to the "View request" from your email to see that specific ticket in Service Desk
While you can create a ticket and follow along with the progress without an account, you will not be able to see all tickets in a single location or download/view any attachments added to the ticket by RtVision. We recommend you create an account to gain full functionality of the ticketing service.
