Charge for plan downloads

Agencies can charge for plan downloads by using VPS online payments. The agency will need to setup an account with VPS as all payments will go directly to the agency/project owner. Please reach out to support@rtvision.com to start the process to get setup with an online payment account.

To set up online payments in OneOffice, once your account is active:

  1. Go to Administration, then select Settings

  2. Click on Value payment system settings

  3. Enter the partner-id, post-rul, and payment-url that is provided by VPS.

    1. Verify that the ‘Enabled’ value is set to '1'

  4. Click on the header for OneOffice plan settings

  5. Change the field for payment-required from a ‘0' to a '1’.

 

 

The value you want to charge for plan downloads is set up, per contract, in the Ad for Bid.
