Contract Change Document Electronic Approval Trigger

Contract Change Templates can be set up to automatically approve in OneOffice if the document is fully approved through the Document Management electronic approval routing.

To set up a document template to include this functionality:

  1. In Admin, select ‘Records’.

  2. From Zone, select ‘Core’, and for Table select ‘Microsoft Office Template’.

  3. Edit any contract change templates and enter a '1' for the Trigger.

  4. Click on Save.
