Change the 'Default' Retainage % for all Contracts

Retainage is defaulted to be set at 5%.

To change the default % for retainage that will applied to the first payment for all contracts, follow these instructions -

1. Go to Admin

2. Click on Settings

3. Scroll down and click on ‘OneOffice Payment Settings’

4. Click ‘Edit’ and change the field value

5. Click ‘Change Value’ to save.

Now, every contract will default to the new % you have set for retainage on the first payment.
