Changing OneOffice Password

There are three different ways to change a user account's current password:

If the User is able to log in with their Current Password:

  1. After logging into OneOfficle, click the initials in the upper right corner.

  2. Click on ‘Account’.

  3. In the upper right corner of the page select ‘Change Password’.

  4. Enter the current password, then enter the new password.

  5. Click ‘Save’.

  6. The new password will now be used to login to OneOffice.

If the User is unable to log in with the Current Password:

  1. Click on the User Icon in the upper right corner.

  2. Click ‘Login’.

  3. Below the password field, click ‘Forgot Password'.

  4. An email will be sent to the email address entered (i.e. test@test.co.mn.us) with instructions on how to reset the password.

Administrator Resets Password:

  1. While in Administration select ‘Records’

  2. Set the ‘Zone’ to ‘Core’ and the ‘Table’ to ‘User’.

  3. Search and select ‘Edit’ next to the user.

  4. Type in a password to either the ‘Password’ field or the ‘Temporary Password’ field.

    1. The Temporary password for the user will require the user to set a new password on login.

  5. Click ‘Save’.
