The Project Inspection Report allows an agency to track and inspect specific areas for compliance or non-compliance.
From the ‘Contract & Project Details’ page, in the Contract menu, click on ‘Details’ next to the Project.
On the Project menu, click on ‘Final Inspection’.
Mark each inspection for compliance and add remarks.
Enter inspection data and comments
Click on ‘Save'.
A report will be created for print from the browser.
To Add More Items to Check for Compliance on the Final Inspection Report:
Go to Administration, then select 'Records
Select ‘OneOffice’ for the Zone, and select ‘Final Inspection Report Item’ as the Table.
Click on ‘Add’ to add another item. This new item will only be available on new inspection reports that have not yet been started/initialized.
