User Role Options

When adding a new user, you must select different User Roles for them. Below is an explanation of what each role does/what access it gives.

 

  1. admin: this gives the user access to the Admin area. Without this, an Admin button will not be on the home page and will not be in the 9-dot menu for selection.

  2. oneoffice: this allows users to access the OneOffice branch.

  3. oneoffice-acs-integration: this allows the user to export data to ACS NewRoads. The ACS NewRoads package must be installed.

  4. oneoffice-audit: this allows the user to view the audit report under the OneOffice application.

  5. oneoffice-construction-status: this allows the user access to the Change in Construction Status section for a contract under the OneOffice appliction. The Change in Construction Status package must be in stalled.

  6. oneoffice-consultant: this sets the user up as a Consultant and gives access to selected areas on a per contract basis under the OneOffice application. The Consultant package must be installed.

  7. oneoffice-contract-attachments: this allows the user access to the Attachments section for a contract under the OneOffice application. The Contract Attachments package must be installed.

  8. oneoffice-district: allows users from the District/State level to be sent notifications of documents once they are created without having to be included as an approver.

  9. oneoffice-document: this allows the user to generate documents under the OneOffice application.

  10. oneoffice-encumbrance: this allows the user access to the Encumbrance section for a contract under the OneOffice application. The Encumbrance package must be installed.

  11. oneoffice-labor-mgmt: this allows the user access to the Labor Management section for a contract under the OneOffice application. The Labor Management package must be installed.

  12. oneoffice-legacy: this allows the user access to any OneOffice Legacy data that was migrated over with the upgrade. This also gives users access to ‘Legacy’ features like Agreements, Permits, Scheduling, Completion Checklist, and Final Item Documentation in the contract menu. In the project menu, the user will see different sections like Details, Data, Planning, Construction Data, Completion Data, Custom Data, Attachments, Inspection Questions, and Final Inspection.

  13. oneoffice-mn-state-aid-payment-request: this allows the user access to the State Aid Pay Request section for a Project under the OneOffice application. The MN State Aid Pay Request package must be installed.

  14. oneoffice-project-funding: this allows the user access to the Project Funding section for a Project under the OneOffice application. The Project Funding package must be installed.

  15. oneoffice-punch-list: this allows the user access to the Contractor Task List section for a contract under the OneOffice application. The Punch List package must be installed.

  16. right-of-way: this allows users to access the Right of Way branch.

  17. right-of-way-audit: this allows users to view the audit report under the Right of Way application.

  18. right-of-way-document: this allows users to generate documents under the Right of Way application.
