Adding a Material Test Type or Test Rule
Material test rules, by State, are also available through package download (via Administration).
The following States have Material Tests available:
Minnesota
Missouri (in progress)
Contact support@rtvision.com if your State is not listed and has defined rules that can be add as a package!
Tests can be recorded for an item. To select the test type being recorded, you will need to populate the drop-down menu for the test using the following instructions:
While in ‘Administration’ select ‘Records’.
Set the ‘Zone’ to ‘OneOffice’ and the ‘Table’ to ‘Item Test’.
Click on ‘Add’ and enter the Test Type Name.
Optionally, a Test Rule can also be added to auto-select the required test types, by item number(s). To set up a rule:
While in ‘Administration’ select ‘Records’.
Set the ‘Zone’ to ‘OneOffice’ and the ‘Table’ to ‘Item Test Rule’.
Click on ‘Add’.
Enter the numbers that the item number will need to start with in order for item tests to be required (ie 2104).
Select the test type that would be required.
