PARCEL DETAILS

A parcel is added to a project and has a separate parcel menu for which you use to track parcel specific information. Parcel Details collects general information about the parcel once a parcel is added to a project.

 

  1. Click on Details from the main menu, project list.

  2. Click on Details next to a specific parcel. This will bring you to the parcel menu.

  3. Add Real Estate Interests (or easement types and area) by selecting the Easement Type and entering the area.

  4. The Unit Price can be entered at this location, or in the Appraisal Worksheet. If entered in the Appraisal Worksheet, the value from that section will show here.

  5. The Interest Term and Temporary Easement End date will be shown here; entered in the Appraisal Worksheet section.

 

To quickly switch to a different parcel from within the selected project, use the Parcel Select at the top of any parcel data page
