Parcel Notes

Parcel Notes allow users to record notes pertaining to the parcel, including discussion with home owners, notes for construction, and more. Categorize notes by type and optionally record locations for any notes added. To add notes:

1. Click on Details next to the parcel (the parcel list is found by clicking on Details next to a specific project).

2. Click on Notes on the Parcel Menu

3. Click on Add Note.

4. Select the Type of Note and enter notes. You may optionally enter a tag by typing in a word and hitting enter. Tags can be used to quickly search through all projects for data tags.

5. Optionally record the location of the note by using your current location or drawing a location on the map.

6. Click on Save. After saving, the username and date/time stamp will automatically be recorded for each note added.
