Appraisal
Parcel appraisals record the easement types, prices, and temporary easement timeframes to get a total appraisal cost for a parcel. To record appraisal data:
Under the INFO section, note when the appraisal was ordered and if there were multiple done.
Under the WORKSHEET INFO section, add general appraisal information such as appraiser and dates.
Easement types added in the Parcel Details page will show here and you can modify each type to include the area, unit price, and percent (alternatively, the easement area can also be added in the Parcel Details page and will automatically show here as well).
The total price will be calculated from the area, percent, and unit price. Alternatively, you can enter the total price, area and percent, and the unit price will be calculated.
If an easement type is a temporary easement, the Temporary Easement Dates from the Project Details section will be factored into the Total Price calculation.
Temporary Easement Extensions can be added to extend any of the original temporary easement timeframes. The Start and End Date must be added as it is factored into the Total Price.
Additional adjustment items can be listed to include other values being factored into the total appraisal.
The Totals section will shows the total of each section, providing a grand total, or final appraised value.
