MnDOT District Document Access

MnDOT DSAEs can access specific documents from ConneX, for the assigned districts, as soon as the document is created and saved in OneOffice. The DSAE does not need to be requested to approve the document in order to access. These documents include: contract changes, change in construction status, MN SAPR and weekly diary documents.

To access:

  1. Log into Connex at https://connex.uccs.com/

  2. Scroll over the ORGANIZATION tab and select ‘OneOffice Documents’

  3. Using the query options at left, select the site, document type, and number of records to show. If you do not make selections for the site and document type, then all sites and/or document types will be shown.

  4. Click on a document file to view the document. A login prompt will appear; click on Login with ConneX. (You will not need to login again since you are already logged into ConneX)

  5. Click on Download file to view the selected document.
