Set the password expiration timeframe

To set the number of days in which your agencies employee passwords will expire, please follow the below instructions. Note, the password expiration will only impact internal/employee accounts and will not impact external/ConneX user accounts.

 

  1. Go to Administration and click on Settings.

  2. Expand the section for ‘Security Settings’.

  3. Edit and update the settings for the number of days in which a password will expire.

  4. Optionally add how many days prior to expiration you would like to warn users.
