Importing Contractor/Plan Holder Bid Prices

Rather than manually entering each item into the Bid Entry section, a file can be used to import each bidder's unit prices. To do so:

1. In the Contract Menu, select ‘Bidding’ then select ‘Bid Entry’.

2. Select the plan holder for which you would like to upload bid prices.

3. Click on the button to ‘Import Bids’.

4. Upload a CSV file with the prices.

   1. Please note the bid prices must be in the same order as found in the Schedule of Prices report (found in the Contract Menu, under Reports). The file should only have a single header row so if there are other headers used for subtotals or categories, please remove those before import.

   2. At a minimum, the CSV file must include the line number, unit price, and total as header columns.

   3. It may also be beneficial to export the Schedule of Prices Report to a CSV, delete the rows above the item table, enter the unit prices for each item and upload this CSV file to OneOffice.

5. Click on ‘Confirm’. This will then populate the bid entry page with the uploaded bid values.
