Manually enter Equipment and Contractor Hours

By default, the Equipment and Contractor hours, in Inspections, are automatically calculated each day based upon the starting and ending times entered. If the agency opts to instead allow for users to enter the number of hours manually, this can be enabled via a Package install. To switch from the default to a manual hour entry:

1. In Administration, select ‘Packages’.

2. In the Packages section, search for the package ‘inspection-time’.

3. This will now update the Inspection section to show a text entry for Equipment and Contractor Hours.
