Show or Hide Item Cutter or Extension Numbers

Some item lists include ‘cutter numbers’ or number extensions (example: 2341.67890). The extension (in this example ‘.67890’ can be shown or hidden throughout the application by using a setting when adding project items.

To show or hide cutter numbers:

To Find the Project Items:

1. Click on ‘Details’ next to the Contract from the Contract listing

2. The project(s) will be shown in the table below.

3. Click on ‘Details’ next to the project.

4. The items should now be listed.

To show or hide cutter/extension numbers:

1. Click on ‘Change Numbers’ in the upper right of the page.

2. Select the option to either Trim or Add Extension numbers.

3. Click on ‘Modify’. Please note, the extension/cutter numbers will still show on the current Project Item list page but will be added/removed in the rest of the application where items are listed.
