Project Monthly Status Report
A project monthly status report is a vital communication tool in Capital Improvement Planning (CIP) within OneOffice. It offers a concise overview of a project’s progress and performance during a specific month. Here is how to create one:
How to create a Project Monthly Status Report:
From the CIP Main Menu, click on ‘Projects’.
Click on ‘Details’ next to a project.
From the Project Menu , click on ‘Reports’.
Select the ‘Monthly Status' report.
The data shown by default, will be current as of today. If you wish to see historical data, click on the ‘Month’ and then select the last date of the appropriate month. The data on the report will revert to show data as it were at the end of the selected month.
