Adding Program

Programs are used to group projects as part of a single or multi-year program. To setup a program:

  1. From the Main Menu, click on the ‘Programs’ icon.

  2. Click on ‘Add’.

  3. Enter in the first and last year of the program, then enter a title for the program.

  4. If this program is another version or scenario for a program, select ‘Yes’ for Is Alternate. This will provide the ability to compare programs with scenario modeling.

  5. If prior years need to be factored into this program, list the last year

  6. If future years need to be factored into this program, list the first year after the ‘Last year’ specified in step number three.

  7. Select the projects to include in the program. A project may be part of more than one program.

  8. Click on ‘Save’.
