Set approval reminder timeframe

Email notifications are sent out to users when their approval is requested for a document. If the user does not sign the document, an email reminder can go out based upon a set number of days.

To set up approval email reminder timeframes:

 

  1. In Administration, select ‘Settings’.

  2. Expand the section labeled 'Eapproval Settings'.

  3. In the card ‘Days Until Reminder’ specify the number of days to wait for an approval before a reminder email notification is sent out. To disable this option, set to '0'.
