Contract Related Permits

When a contract involves permits, such as a Right of Way Obstruction permit, these permits can be linked to the contract. The added records can contain details about the applied permits, their current status, and any attached records for historical data retention.

Add a Permit Record:

1. While under the ‘Contract Menu’ select the ‘Permits’ tab.

2. Select the ‘Add’ button in the Permits table then enter the permit data. At the bottom of the form is an attachment field to upload the permit.

3. Click ‘Save’.
