Link Units of Measurement to Formulas

Default units of measurement are linked to formulas for transaction entries, however additional links may need to be added if the unit of measurement is not consistent with default (ie showing as C.Y. instead of CY).

To link additional units of measurement to item transaction formulas:

1. In Administration, select ‘Records’.

2. Select ‘Core’ for the Zone, and ‘Formula Link Unit’ for the Table.

3. Click on Add to enter the unique ‘unit’ and select the corresponding formula that would apply for the entered unit of measurement.

4. Click on ‘Save’.
