Capital Improvement Public Dashboards
Public planning dashboards provide the ability for agencies to share program and project data with the public. To view and share public program dashboards:
In the CIP Menu, click on ‘Programs’.
Click on ‘Edit’ next to a program.
Select the checkbox for ‘Public’. This will automatically also make all projects currently within the program public as well.
To manage individual projects within the program as ‘public’ or ‘not public’:
Click on ‘Details’ next to a project from the project list.
Click on the checkbox ‘Public’ to show or hide the project from the public dashboard.
Users will be able to select a program if made public and view the projects part of the program, as well as the program budget book.
