Set Maximum Retainage on a Contract

For contracts that have a define limit to the amount of retainage that can be held back, set up the OneOffice Payment setting to automatically limit this on payment.

1. In Administration, select ‘Settings’.

2. Expand the section ‘OneOffice Payment Settings’.

3. Edit the entry for ‘Retainage Limit Percent’ to set the percent value. Enter the percent as a decimal. (For example, 2.5% would be entered as 0.025).
