Browser and Mobile Device Specifications

 

Minimum Specification Requirements:

  • Device should have at least 30MB of available space for offline use

 

Supported browsers:

  • Chromium Based desktop and mobile (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Brave, Vivaldi etc.)

    • Last 30 released versions i.e. if latest is Chrome 143 we support back to chrome 113

  • Firefox desktop and mobile

    • Last 30 released versions i.e. if latest is Firefox 146 we support back to Firefox 116

  • Safari desktop and mobile

    • Last 2 major safari versions i.e. if latest Safari version is 26 then we also support Safari 18

      • Safari recently changed how they did versioning, to be year based instead. At time of writing 26 is the latest version and 18 is the previously released version

These guidelines follow the web standards, widely available baseline, initiative started by Google which supports browser versions released approximately in the last 30 months:

Supported OS:

OS versions with 'mainstream' support

  • IOS 2 most recent major IOS versions

  • Windows 10 or newer (Older versions of Windows will work if using other ‘third-party’ browsers like Firefox or Chrome, if browser versions are within a supported version)
