Through Amazon Web Services (AWS), RtVision is able to provided a fast, reliable, redundant, and secure hosting environment using: EC2 for computing, EFS for storage and RDS for database (in the US-West region).

For backup redundancy, full database backups are run nightly to an offsite (off AWS) SSAE 18 data center, OneNeck. Customers can access and download a backup at any time through our host console (user account setup is required). A monthly database download is included, additional downloads are available but download fees may apply.
