Archive a contract
Archiving contracts is a way to save older projects in your database but remove them from views, lists and drop down menus. This allows you to keep active or recently active projects in your views while still maintaining historical data. After you archive a contract, you can also remove it from the archives. Before archiving contracts, please note the unique id for each contract you wish to archive. The unique id is found on the contract listing dashboard, as well as the Contract Details page.
To archive one or multiple contracts:
Go to Admin and select ‘Data Archival'.
In the zone, select the module for which you would like to archive data.
Select ‘Contract' or ‘Project’ from the ‘Table’.
Filter by ‘audit date’ - which is the last date in which data has been entered/modified for the contract.
Select all or multiple contracts.
Click on ‘Archive Selected’.
Archiving a contract will not remove the contracts bid entries from historical bid prices
