Templates, Document Creation, and Document Approval

Any Microsoft Word or Excel document can be made into a OneOffice document template that can pull in data from OneOffice and can be routed for approval.  You can track the status of document approvals from one location and can easily access your document templates by adding the templates so specific pages in the application.


Please note, in order to create a document and pull in data from OneOffice, you must have Microsoft Office 2016, Office 2019, or Office365.  Support for Office 2016 will end in 2020 when Microsoft no longer supports it.  Each user will need to install the Add-In for access.

For individuals who need to open, view, and approve documents, Office 2016, Office 2019, Office365, and the free version of Office will work.
