Add or Disable Plan Holders

Plan holders can be automatically added to a contract after downloading plans from the public dashboard or they can be manually added. To manually add and manage plan holders:

Add a Plan Holder:

  1. From the Contract Menu, click on ‘Bidding’ and then select ‘Plan Holders’.

  2. Click on ‘Add’.

  3. Enter the contractor’s name and the date the plans were requested.

  4. Click on ‘Edit next to the plan holder that was just added to record additional details such as payment details.

Remove a Plan Holder:

If a plan holder needs to be removed from a contract, the plan holder can be invalidated.

  1. From the Contract Menu, click on ‘Bidding’ and then select ‘Plan Holders’.

  2. Click on ‘Edit’ next to the plan holder.

  3. Record the reason for invalidating the plan holder, then click on ‘Save’.

  4. Click on ‘Disable Plan Holder’.
