Change plan download settings

There are three options for downloading plans from the public dashboard. For the options that require a user to first login, vendors will use their ConneX account which is a free site that is available for vendors to use.

Plan Download Options

Option 1: Online payment to download plans (VPS Online Payments)

Option 2: No log in required to download plans (this will provide access to all and will not auto-add those who download plans to the plan holder list)

Option 3: Auto-add plan holder (this will required a vendor to login before downloading plans and will auto-add the vendor to the plan holder list)

Instructions:

  1. From the left menu, click on ‘home’

  2. Click on ‘Admin’, then select ‘Settings’

  3. Click on the header for ‘OneOffice plan settings’ to expand options

 

For option #1 above:

Click on ‘Edit’ next to the ‘payment required’ option and enter ‘1'. Click on 'Change Value’. Please note that you will need to have a VPS account setup in order to receive payments. Reach out to support@rtvision.com for help to get this setup.

 

For option #2 above:

Click on ‘Edit’ next to ‘download’ option and enter ‘0', then ‘Change Value’.

Click on ‘Edit’ next to ‘Auto add plan holder’ and change the entry to ‘No’.

Click on ‘Edit’ next to ‘payment required’ option and enter ‘0', then ‘Change Value’.

 

 

For option #3 above:

Click on ‘Edit’ next to the ‘Auto add plan holder’ option, and select from the options that would make designation (ie prime, subcontractor, plan room, etc..) and/or contact information entry required or optional for the plan holder, when downloading plans.
