Verify if an Email was Sent

If the OneOffice site is set up on AWS, it is using RTVision’s AWS email setup and all email logs for your agency are available from Administration.

  1. While in ‘Administration’ select ‘Records’.

  2. Set the ‘Zone’ to ‘Core and the ‘Table’ to 'Mail Log’.

  3. Use the headers to sort the order or use the filter tool on the right side of the table to query specific information.
