Signature Disclaimers
Signature disclaimers allow agencies to add language to the pay period approval portion of the timecard, for both employees and supervisors. To set up or modify the disclaimer used:
While in ‘Administration’ select the ‘System Settings’ tab.
Find and select ‘Modify’ next to ‘SIGNATURE_DISCLAIMER_FOR_EMPLOYEES’ and/or ‘SIGNATURE_DISCLAIMER_FOR_SUPERVISORS’.
Enter the text to show when the employee and/or supervisors are approving the timesheet. If nothing should show, a space can be entered.
Click on ‘Change this Setting’ to save.
