Enter Accounts Receivable Hours
Accounts Receivable Hours can be entered under the ‘Accounts Receivable Hours’ Type of Time on the employee’s timesheet.
Select the ‘Date’ for the time entry.
Select the ‘Department’ if applicable.
Under ‘Type of Time’ select the ‘Accounts Receivable’ button.
Select the ‘Customer Type’.
Select the ‘Customer’.
Select the ‘Activity’.
Select the ‘Type of Hours’.
Enter any ‘Labor Hours’, Higher Labor Class', ‘Equipment', or ‘Inventory’.
Click ‘Add’
