Why use Asset Management?

Live on-hand inventory, parts, and materials balances.
FIFO dollar value of remaining inventory.
Monitor part levels.
Live cost reports any time.
Repair costs per equipment.
Work done for customers.
Billable costs of labor, equipment, and inventory in a single report.

How to Enable Asset Management:

While in ‘Administration’ select the ‘Asset Management’ and change the setting to ‘Yes’.

After Asset Management is enabled additional areas need to be set up prior to use:
