New Employee Hours Types

Only make these changes if Hours Types are limited per employee. Example: Some employees have Comp time at actual, some have Comp Time at time and a half, some aren't allowed comp time.

 

For each Hours Type that the new employee(s) will be able to use:

  1. From ‘Administration’ select the ‘Hours Types’ tab.

  2. Click ‘Modify’ next to the applicable code.

  3. Scroll to the bottom of the form.

  4. Select the employee(s) from the employee listing or verify the employee's group/team is allowed to use the type.

  5. Click the blue ‘Modify this Hours Type’ button to save.

  6. Repeat for each additional Hours Type that the new employee(s) would be able to use.
