New Roads/Road Segments
Add an Additional Road:
While in ‘Administration’ click the ‘Roads’ tab.
Click the ‘Add Road’ button.
Enter the ‘Road Number’, the ‘Road Name’, and the ‘Road Length’.
Enter the Total Road Length for all segments.
Select if the Road ‘Is a Bridge’.
Select if the Raod is ‘Valid’.
Invalid Roads will now show up for selection.
Select if this is for a specific Group/Team.
Click ‘Add this Road’ to save.
Add Road Segments:
While in ‘Administration’ select the ‘Road Segments’ tab.
For each segment:
Click ‘Add Road Segment’.
Select the ‘Road Number’.
Select the ‘Program’.
Select the ‘Surface Type’.
Enter the ‘Segment Length’.
Select if the segment should be ‘Valid’.
Invalid segments will not show for selection.
Click ‘Add this Road Segment’ to save.
Road Segment Rules:
Road Segments can be setup with different options for employee entry. To specify any requirements or rules for road segment timesheet entry:
In ‘Administration’, select the ‘Settings’ tab.
Go to the setting for ‘Default_All_Road_Segments'.
Select whether employees:
should be required to make a selection under the Road Segment drop down
will see a default selection under the Road Segment drop down
or; will have no default selection option available under the Road Segment drop down
