Add Engineering Template/Phase

If a new Template/Phase setup is needed follow the instructions below, then link that template to the project once set up.

Add a New Engineering Template:

1. While in ‘Administration’ select the ‘Engineering Templates tab.

2. Click the ‘Add Engineering Template' button.

3. Name the Template.

4. Select the ‘Add this Engineering Tempalte’ to save.

Add a New Engineering Phase:

1. While in ‘Administration’ select the ‘Engineering Phases’ tab.

2. Click the ‘Add Engineering Phase’ button.

3. Name the phase.

4. Click ‘Add this Engineering Phase’ to save.

5. Repeat for each additional Phase needed.

Add a New Template Phase Activities:

1. While in ‘Administration’ select the ‘Engineering Template Activities’ tab.

2. Click ‘Add Engineering Template Activity’.

3. Select the ‘Template’.

4. Select the ‘Phase’.

5. Select the ‘Activity Code’.

6. Click ‘Add this Engineering Template Activity’.

7. Repeat for all activities needed

   1. i.e. each 2x account
