Copy Exisiting Equipment Rate Groups

Equipment Rate Groups can be used to add equipment rates to a group of equipment, rather than each piece of equipment individually.  Once an equipment rate group is set up, it can be copied easily to add a new rate with a new effective date. 

  1. In Administration select ‘Equipment Rates’, and click on the blue link to view the 'Equipment Rate Groups' table.

  2. Click on 'Copy' to copy an existing rate group.  This will copy all equipment from the selected group and will allow a new effective date, rate, and new equipment group name/number to be entered if applicable.  The current/existing rate group name/number can be used as well.
