Enter Time Off

Enter Time Off

The employee can enter Time Off without using the ‘Request for Time’ form:

  1. Select the ‘Date’.

  2. Select the ‘Department’ if applicable.

  3. Select ‘Other’ as the ‘Type of Time’.

  4. Select ‘Time Off’ under the ‘Activity Overhead Type’.

  5. Select the ‘Activity Overhead’.

    1. This can differ per employee: Vacation, Sick, PTO, Comp, etc…

  6. Enter the ‘hours taken under 'Labor Hours’.

  7. OPTIONAL: If multiple days are being taken, click the box to ‘Repeat Information’.

  8. Click on 'Add'.
