Enter Maintenance Hours
Maintenace time can be entered under the ‘Maintenance’ Type of Time on the employee's timesheet.
Select the ‘Date’ for the time entry.
Select the ‘Department’ if applicable.
Under ‘Type of Time’ select the ‘Maintenance’ button.
Select a ‘Maintenance Project’ if applicable.
Select if Road Or Bridge.
Select the ‘Road’
Select the ‘Road Segment’.
Select the ‘Activity’ that was performed.
Select the ‘Hours Type’ (Regular, Overtime, Comp Earned, etc..).
Enter the ‘Labor Hours’.
Methods for labor hour entry include start/stop time, text entry, or quarter-hour increment. The administrators choose how this will show.
Add a Labor Class if the work was done outside of the employee's normal class.
Select any ‘Equipment’ that was used for this entry.
Enter Equipment Hours, Miles, or Tons.
Enter any ‘Inventory’ that was used.
Selecting an Inventory Sub-Group will limit the list to smaller groups of items.
Example: Sub-Group 'Winter' might only contain sand and salt.
Enter a ‘Quantity’ for your inventory.
Enter any notes to communicate to the supervisor or payroll.
Click on ‘Add’
Clicking Add populates the timesheet on the right with the data you entered.
