Check to see if an email was sent

If your site is setup on AWS, it is using RTVision’s AWS email setup and all email logs for your agency are available from Administration.

  1. Go to Administration, then click on ‘Records’

  2. Select ‘Core’ as the Zone, and ‘Mail Log’ as the Table

  3. Use the headers to sort the order, or use the filter tool at right of the table to query by specific information
